When you fill out our booking or contact form, we collect the information you give us — your name, phone number, email, your dog’s name and breed, and any notes you choose to share. We don’t collect anything you don’t enter yourself, and we don’t use tracking or advertising cookies.
Why we use it
Only to respond to your request and provide our services — to contact you about your booking, confirm details, and care for your dog. We do not sell, rent, or trade your information to anyone.
How it’s handled
Form submissions are delivered to us by email through our form provider. We keep your information only as long as we need it to serve you, and we take reasonable steps to keep it secure.
